以氯磺酸为磺化剂,对聚苯醚(PPO)进行磺化;将制得的磺化聚苯醚(SPPO)加入PPO/PA6/MMT复合材料中,探讨SPPO对复合材料热性能和结晶性能的影响。通过FT-IR、DSC、TG、XRD、SEM表征,结果表明,氯磺酸常温下能成功对聚苯醚进行磺化;磺化聚苯醚的加入,使得复合材料的结晶温度和熔融温度呈现下降趋势,材料的热分解温度也有所降低。
The sulfonated polyphenylene ether (PPO) was prepared by using chlorosulfonic acid as the sulfonating agent. The prepared sulfonated polyphenylene ether (SPPO) was added into the PPO / PA6 / MMT composites to investigate the effect of SPPO on the thermal properties and Effect of Crystallization Properties.
