双相不锈钢是近几年研制的一种新的不锈钢材料。它以其优越的力学性能与耐腐蚀性能赢得了使用者的青睐,已成为既节省重量又节省投资的优良的耐蚀工程材料,而在压力容器制造上也逐渐得到广泛应用和推广。从双相不锈钢的化学成分、物理性能人手,研究该钢种的焊接性能,掌握其焊接技术,具有深远的意义。所谓双相不锈钢是在其固溶组织中铁素体相与奥氏体相各占一半。一般最少相的含量也需要达到30%的一种不锈钢。兼有奥氏体不锈钢和铁素体不锈钢的优点。有优良的耐氯化物应力腐蚀、耐局部孑L蚀性能。有较高的抗拉强度和疲劳强度.屈服强度是18—8型奥氏体不锈钢的2倍。掌握双相不锈钢的焊接性,以获得符合使用要求的焊接接头。
