控制失学因其对初等教育的重要性而被UNESCO的EFA全球监测报告持续关注。全民教育监测报告是研究失学问题的重要文献,梳理和研究这些文献,可以明确失学的含义,分析影响失学的因素,总结国际上应对失学问题的经验。这对于了解国际社会研究失学问题相关状况和借鉴国际社会控制失学的经验具有重要意义。
Controlled out-of-school education continues to be the focus of UNESCO’s EFA Global Monitoring Report because of its importance to primary education. The EFA monitoring report is an important document for studying the problems of out-of-school education. Combing and studying these documents can clarify the meaning of out-of-school education, analyze the factors that affect out-of-school education, and summarize the international experience on how to deal with the problems of out-of-school education. This is of great significance for understanding the relevant international studies on the issue of school loss and drawing lessons from the experience of the international community in controlling the students who have dropped out of school.
