我国乡镇企业已经进入稳步发展和完善提高的新阶段,在“八五”第一年开局良好,实现总产值首次突破1万亿元,实现销售和劳务收入9700亿元,上交国家税金430亿元,纯利润620亿元,出口交货额超过600亿元。乡镇企业在改革开放中“异军突起”,十二年来,乡镇集体企业和农民股份合作企业形成固定资产2500亿元,占农村集体经济固定资产总额的80％左右,成为农村分有制经济的主体。在不要国家拨款
