目的:探究护士评判性思维的培养对门诊患者输液安全提升的效果。方法:从绍兴市妇幼保健院门诊2015年4~11月期间接收输液治疗的儿童患者中随机选取1200例作为研究对象,门诊护士评判性思维培养前600例为对照组,培养后600例为观察组。比较分析两组患者发生输液护理差错的次数、医患纠纷次数及患者或家属对护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组发生输液护理差错的次数、医患纠纷次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者或家属对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊护士进行评判性思维培养可显著降低患者输液护理不良事件的发生率,提高门诊输液安全性,提升患者或家属的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of nursing critical thinking training on the safety of infusion in outpatients. Methods: One hundred and twenty-two children were randomly selected from outpatient clinics of MCH hospital in Shaoxing from April to November, 2015. The first 600 cases of outpatient nurses’ group. The frequency of infusion nursing errors, the number of doctor-patient disputes and the satisfaction of patients or their families to nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results: The frequency of nursing errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the patients or their relatives in the nursing service group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The critical thinking training of outpatient nurses can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events of infusion care in patients, improve the safety of outpatient infusion and enhance the satisfaction of patients or their families.
