本文利用离心力场能使初生石墨和共晶石墨分离并基本保持其初生形态的早期形状的特点,研究了用1~#稀土合金处理的过共晶蠕墨铸铁的初生石墨形态。文章指出,过共晶蠕墨铸铁的初生石墨形态随蠕化率不同而变化。在高蠕化率下,初生石墨的早期形态主要是“昆虫”状石墨。而在较低蠕化率下,其主要为球团状石墨。同时还指出,在蠕化剂加入量低的情况下,孕育处理有促进蠕虫状石墨形成的作用。
In this paper, the morphology of nascent graphite of hypereutectic vermicular graphite cast iron treated with 1 ~ # rare-earth alloy was studied by using the centrifugal force field to separate primary graphite from eutectic graphite and maintain its early shape in primary form. The article points out that the morphology of nascent graphite of hypereutectic vermicular graphite cast iron varies with the rate of creep. At high rates of creep, the primary morphology of primary graphite is primarily “insect” graphite. At lower rates of vermicularity, it is mainly spherical graphite. Also pointed out that in the case of low levels of vermiculite, inoculation has the role of promoting the formation of worm-like graphite.
