目的 :探讨电视腹腔镜行卵巢良性畸胎瘤手术的适应症 ,预防和减少肿瘤破裂发生。方法 :对 2 1例卵巢良性畸胎瘤病人在电视腹腔镜下行囊肿剥出术 18例 ,附件切除术 3例。结果 :发生肿瘤破裂 12例 ,占 6 6 .6 7% ,平均手术时间90 min,平均术中出血 80 ml,1例出现皮下气肿 ,无术后出血、脏器损伤及化学性腹膜炎或肉芽肿。结论 :电视腹腔镜下行卵巢良性畸胎瘤的手术是完全可行的。 Objective: To investigate the indications of laparoscopic ovarian benign teratoma surgery to prevent and reduce the occurrence of tumor rupture. Methods: Twenty-one cases of benign ovarian teratoma underwent laparoscopic cyst excision in 18 cases and 3 cases of attachment excision. Results: Tumor rupture occurred in 12 cases, accounting for 66.67%. The average operation time was 90 min. The average intraoperative bleeding was 80 ml. One case had subcutaneous emphysema, no postoperative bleeding, organ injury and chemical peritonitis or granulation swollen. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery of ovarian benign teratoma is completely feasible.
