2009年维护国家安全和社会稳定工作面临的任务繁重而艰巨。2008年12月底,公安部在全国启动了“全国公安民警大走访”活动;2009年全国“两会”召开之际,公安部又启动了新中国首次县级公安局长大培训,着力提高公安队伍维稳能力。
The task of safeguarding national security and social stability in 2009 is burdensome and arduous. At the end of December 2008, the Ministry of Public Security launched the “National Police Police Visit” campaign throughout the country.
