对粉煤灰填充树脂基摩擦材料进行了硬度和抗冲击强度实验,分析了不同等级、不同掺量的粉煤灰对摩擦材料硬度及冲击强度的影响,观察了其晶相组织,结果表明:在同等级不同掺量情况下,摩擦材料的硬度随粉煤灰掺量的增加而增加,在粉煤灰掺量为50%时摩擦材料的硬度达到极大值;摩擦材料的抗冲击强度随粉煤灰掺量的增加而下降。
The experiment of hardness and impact strength of fly ash-filled resin-based friction materials was carried out. The effects of different grades and different amounts of fly ash on the hardness and impact strength of the friction materials were analyzed. The crystal structure was observed. The results showed that: In the same level of different dosage, the hardness of the friction material increases with the increase of fly ash content, the friction material hardness reaches its maximum when the content of fly ash is 50%. The impact strength of the friction material Fly ash content increases and decreases.
