2012年以来,苏州市切实改进特殊工时工作制的审批管理办法,全年共审批1089户企业实行特殊工时工作制,涉及职工41.74万人。在实行特殊工时工作制的过程中,企业选择了适合自身的工时制度而提升了劳动管理水平和工作效率,职工的民主权利和合法权益也得到了有效维护,劳动关系因此更加和谐,实现了新形势下劳资双赢局面。
Since 2012, Suzhou City has effectively improved the examination and approval measures for special working hours. A total of 1,089 enterprises have been approved to carry out special working hours and 417,400 workers and staff members were approved during the year.
