培养儿童的自觉纪律是顺利完成教学任务的有力保证。纪律教育是我们对学生所进行的品德教育的一个重要部份。只有使学生认识到自己的各种行为对集体的责任而自觉的建立起严格遵守纪律的习惯以后,才能进一步培养他们将来在社会上严格地遵守革命纪律和积极地维护共同利益的良好品德。培养学生的自觉纪律,不是单纯的用几种方法或生硬的搬用他人的经验所能达成目的的,而主要的它是教师教学的产物。因此我过去强调“纪律不好无法进行教学”的说法是完全错误的。当然,纪律好是教师顺利进行教学的有利条件,纪律是为教学服务的。但良好的纪律,正待教师去培养,去教育。那末问题就很明显。学生纪律的松弛是由于教学质量的不高,教师的要求不严格,所布置的工作不能有始有终的贯彻到底,对个别学生缺乏了解等等原因所致的。
The training of children's self-discipline is a powerful guarantee for the successful completion of teaching tasks. Discipline education is an important part of our moral education for our students. Only by enabling students to consciously establish their own habit of strictly observing disciplines in accordance with their responsibilities to the collective can the students be able to further cultivate their good moral character in the society in strictly observing the revolutionary discipline and in actively safeguarding common interests. Cultivating students 'conscious discipline can not achieve its purpose simply by using several methods or blunting the experience of using others' experience. The main one is the product of teacher's teaching. Therefore, in the past, I stressed that “discipline is not good and teaching can not be conducted” is completely wrong. Of course, good discipline is a favorable condition for teachers to conduct teaching smoothly. Discipline is for teaching. But good discipline is waiting for teachers to train and go to education. So the problem is obvious. The relaxation of student discipline is due to the poor quality of teaching, teachers' requirements are not strict, the layout of the work can not be carried through from beginning to end in the end, lack of understanding of individual students and so on.
