目的 探讨白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和干扰素α(IFN-α)对维生素D缺乏手足搐搦症(VDT)的神经免疫调节作用。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测24例VDT患儿血清中IL-2、TNF-α和IFN-α的水平,并与年龄和性别相匹配的22例对照组正常儿童进行比较。结果 患病组血清IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-α水平明显高于对照组(t=3.65,3.13,3.06 P分别<0.01,0.01,0.01)。相关分析发现VDT患儿血清IL-2,与TNF-α水平之间呈显著正相关(r=0.6661,P<0.01)。结论 VDT患儿细胞因子调节网络失衡,并且细胞因子之间相互作用共同参与VDT的病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the neuroimmunological effects of interleukin-2 (IL-2), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and interferon α (IFN-α) on vitamin D deficiency tetany (VDT). Methods Serum levels of IL-2, TNF-α and IFN-α in 24 children with VDT were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compared with age and sex matched 22 normal children Compare Results The serum levels of IL-2, TNF-α and IFN-α in patients with disease were significantly higher than those in control group (t = 3.65,3.13,3.06 P, <0.01,0.01,0.01 respectively). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between serum IL-2 level and TNF-αlevel in children with VDT (r = 0.6661, P <0.01). Conclusions Cytokines in children with VDT have unbalanced network regulation, and the interaction between cytokines participates in the pathophysiological process of VDT.
