谷胱甘肽是由谷氨酸、半胱氨酸及甘氨酸组成的三肽,具有保护细胞、抗氧化、抗衰老、解毒等作用,几乎存在于人体每个细胞中。虽然谷胱甘肽已经是治疗某些疾病的临床常用药,但近年来的研究显示体内谷胱甘肽水平及其还原型和氧化型2种形式比例的改变与运动、神经、内分泌、循环、呼吸、消化、泌尿、生殖等系统疾病相关。本文总结了近6年来谷胱甘肽在细胞和动物试验及临床研究的最新进展,为谷胱甘肽老药新用研究开发及临床用药提供参考。
Glutathione is a tripeptide composed of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. It has the functions of protecting cells, resisting oxidation, anti-aging, detoxifying and almost exists in every cell of the human body. Although glutathione has been used clinically as a cure for certain diseases, recent studies have shown that glutathione levels in the body and the ratio of the two forms of reduced and oxidized forms are related to changes in motor, nerve, endocrine, Respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive and other systemic diseases related. This article summarizes the recent progress of glutathione in cell and animal experiments and clinical research in recent 6 years and provides a reference for the new research and development and clinical use of glutathione drugs.
