中职学校学生日常管理是学校最重视也最头疼的问题对中职学校学生日常管理方法进行探索有利于加强职业学校的学生管理提高职业学校的育人质量。随着中职学校在教学方法和教学要求的不断深化,面对中职学生普遍存在的文化素质偏低、学习态度欠佳、行为习惯不良引发的“难管”和“难教”现象,本文通过在班主任管理工作中的体会,探索中职学生管理对策的关健在于构建师生互信、建立学生自信与平等的柔性管理机制进行论述。
The daily management of students in secondary vocational schools is the most important and most troublesome problem in schools.
