随着社会市场经济体制的日益完善,工程造价咨询业在建筑项目管理中更加得到投资主体的重视,需要工程造价咨询单位参与全过程造价管理,使造价管理保持在受控状态,促使咨询单位职责作用真正发挥。本文从工程可行性研究、设计、招标、施工、竣工五个阶段分析造价咨询单位如何全过程参与,以期为造价管理效能提升提供帮助。
With the improvement of the social market economy system, the construction cost consulting industry receives more attention from the investors in construction project management.
