目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜28例的临床疗效。方法将56例患儿选择随机分为两组，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组采用单纯西药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率及症状消失时间均优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜具有疗效佳，疗程短等优点。“,”Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on Henoch-Schonlein Purpurawith combination traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the treatment group , based on the medication of the control group,was given additional traditional Chinese medicine.Results The differences between both the efficiency and period for symptom disappearance of the treatment group and that of the control group were Statisticallysignificant ( P<0.05).Conclusion TreatingHenoch-Schonlein Purpurawith combination of traditional Chinese and western medicineshowed advantages of efficiency and period for symptom disappearance.
