为了探讨不同的身体成分对女子健美操运动员竞赛成绩的影响,通过对2005年参加全国女子健美比赛的39名运动员体成分的测量,并对全体裁判员进行了访谈。结果显示:我国目前女子健美比赛中呈现出“名次越好则运动员的瘦体重越轻、肌肉含量越小”的现象;女子健美运动员的体内水份、矿物质和细胞内外液的含量与普通人相比较没有显著性差异。研究认为:女子健美运动员在训练后的饮食中应增加蛋白质摄入量;女子健美运动员应加强增肌训练,增加瘦体重或肌肉量,适当降低体脂含量,以达到更高的健美运动水平。
In order to explore the effect of different body composition on the performance of the female aerobics athletes, the body composition of 39 athletes participating in the national women’s bodybuilding competition in 2005 was measured and all the referees were interviewed. The results showed that the present situation of the bodybuilding competition in China shows that “the better the rank is, the thinner the athlete is, the smaller the muscle content”. The body moisture, minerals and intracellular and extracellular fluid contents of female bodybuilders are similar to Ordinary people compared no significant difference. The research shows that the female bodybuilder should increase the protein intake in the diet after training. The female bodybuilder should strengthen the muscle training, increase the lean body mass or the muscle mass, lower the body fat content appropriately, in order to achieve a higher bodybuilding level.
