作为一位语文教师,其所拥有的专业程度不亚于其他学科甚至其他门类的专业人员。小学语文教师应该拥有与自己职业特点相符合的专业发展路径。其主要包括三个方面:教师的知识系统、实践与科研能力以及专业情意。
As a language teacher, it possesses the same level of expertise as other disciplines and even other categories of professionals. Primary language teachers should have their own professional characteristics consistent with the professional development path. It mainly includes three aspects: the teacher’s knowledge system, practical and scientific research ability and professional affection.
