本文对新建应用型本科院校大学英语人才培养进行了简要分析,指出要转变思想,真正领悟应用型人才的培养内涵。课程体系是人才培养规格和目标的集中体现。应用型本科大学英语课程改革应在语言知识、语言技能、语用能力和行业英语方向上加大实践性和应用性,体现应用型人才综合素质培养和富有创新思想培养的目标。在教学中,教师应面对社会发展对大学英语人才的需要进行本科应用型人才的培养。
This article briefly analyzes the cultivation of college English talents in newly applied colleges and universities, and points out that we must change our thinking and really understand the cultivation of applied talents. The curriculum system is a concentrated expression of the personnel training specifications and goals. The English curriculum reform of applied undergraduate colleges should be more practical and applied in the aspects of language knowledge, language skills, pragmatic competence, and industry English, reflecting the overall quality of applied talents and the cultivation of innovative ideas. In teaching, teachers should face the need of college English talents for social development to train undergraduate applied talents.
