随着我国经济的进一步发展,城镇化进程的持续深入,国内各个城市的土地资源越来越紧缺,再加上各种资源与能源方面的消耗,建筑行业在发挥我国经济中流砥柱作用的同时,也造成了许多环境与资源方面的问题,节能与环保就成为建筑行业大力倡导的理念,而暖通设计则是节能环保的关键环节之一。高层建筑正是有效解决城市土地资源的重要途径之一,其已经成为建筑领域必然的发展趋势。相较于普通建筑来说,高层建筑本身具有更为复杂的功能与结构,其在暖通设计方面也更为复杂,具有更高的要求,相应的,高层建筑暖通设计也存在许多常见问题。鉴于此,本文主要针对高层建筑暖通设计中常见的问题进行了详尽的探讨,在此基础上提出几点应对措施与建议,旨在为高层建筑暖通设计提供相应的理论参考。

Compared to ordinary buildings, high-rise buildings themselves have more complex functions and structures, which are also more complex HVAC design, with higher requirements, the corresponding HVAC design also has many common problems . In view of this, this article mainly discusses the common problems in the HVAC design of high-rise buildings. Based on this, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide the corresponding theoretical reference for HVAC design of high-rise buildings.
