首次报道从细柱五加根皮中分得一抗炎二萜，经光谱分析，鉴定为ｅｎｔ－１６ａ，１７－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－ｋａｕｒａｎ－１９－ｏｉｃａｃｉｄ。
It was reported for the first time that anti-inflammatory diterpene was obtained from the root bark of Quercus quinquefolium and was identified as ent-16a and 17-dihydroxy-kauran-19-oicacid by spectral analysis.
