基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)是锌依赖性的蛋白水解酶,在脑缺血时MMP-9可以分解细胞外基质,破坏血管基底膜。其表达与脑缺血后血脑屏障通透性、血管源性脑水肿、脑梗死后体积等有关。MMP-9对缺血性脑血管病的早期诊断、临床治疗和判断预后具有重要的指导意义。
Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) is a zinc-dependent proteolytic enzyme that can decompose extracellular matrix and damage vascular basement membrane during cerebral ischemia. Its expression is related to the permeability of blood-brain barrier after cerebral ischemia, vasogenic brain edema and the volume of cerebral infarction. MMP-9 has important guiding significance for the early diagnosis, clinical treatment and prognosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
