The rapid development of science and technology and the extensive application of computer networks have provided ample space for commercial banks to innovate their products and services. Financial innovation products and services such as online electronic banking, ATMs, mobile mobile banking and credit asset securitization are emerging in an endless stream. The increasingly fierce market competition in China’s banking industry and the continuous enhancement of forward-looking banking marketing management are the unavoidable strategic options for state-owned commercial banks.
