《集装箱化》杂志10岁了。她犹如一艘刚下水的轮船乘风远航,搏击海浪,胜利地到达了第一个目的港。然而,这10年来创业之艰难、道路之坎坷,回首往事,历历在目,记忆犹新。 曾记否,1989年9月,全国交通系统18个企业的经理们来沪参加由国家经委委托交通部组织的国家重点科研项目——“国际集装箱多式联运工业性试验”开始实施,上海海运学院分工负责“人才培训”的第9分课题。在第一期经理班的结业座谈会上,经理们殷切地希望上海海运学院能主办一份有关集装箱运输的期刊,藉以传播国内外集运发展的新科技,沟通业界的信息与经验。然而,当时一无经费,二无人员,要白手起家,开辟一片新天地谈何容易。当时,培训班负责人刘鼎铭教授表示:“只要业界有此需要,只要对我国集运事业有促进作用,我当责无旁贷地担纲试办”。这样,《集装箱化》经上海市新闻出版局批准为
