为探讨适应我国粗煤泥分选的有效设备,根据当前所应用的新型水介质旋流器、螺旋分选机、干扰床分选机3种粗煤泥分选设备的特点,对其处理能力、入料粒度范围、煤质特性要求、分选密度及处理效果进行了对比分析研究。结果表明:新型水介质旋流器处理量小,分选效果较差,设备难以大型化,仅适用于易选或中等可选煤的加工;螺旋分选机对入料要求较高,处理量有限,同时分选密度高,当精煤灰分要求低时难以满足要求;干扰床分选机单位面积处理能力大,对入料煤质的变化适应性强,分选效率高,有效分选密度范围宽,具有较好的发展前景,但是其分选过程中的自动检测和稳定控制系统有待完善和改进。
