遗尿是指年龄在 5岁以上 ,入睡后不能自主控制排尿者。笔者自 1996年～ 1999年采用遗尿汤治疗遗尿症 86例 ,疗效满意 ,现报告如下。一般资料86例中男性 46例 ,女性 40例 ;年龄 5～ 15岁 ,平均 8.2岁。本组病例中轻者数夜遗尿 1次 ,重者 1夜遗尿数次 ,尿常规或中段尿培养无异常 Enuresis refers to the age of 5 years of age, can not independently control urination after falling asleep.
