虽然现阶段国内的法医尸体检验制度已经经过多年的完善与发展,但在某些制度方面还存在一些问题,如体制设置方面的不足、专家见证机制使用混乱等。为不断强化法医工作的有效性,我们应当程序规范、公正,刨除各部门利益为原则,做到高效的犯罪控制。在法医尸检制度的改革中,可借鉴西方国家相对成熟的经验作为改革参考,优化我国的法医尸检制度,强化实践中的权利保护。本文以法医尸检制度改革的重要性作为出发点,结合国外尸检制度经验提出几点改革建议,希望能为相关部门提供一些参考。 Although the system of examination of the body of forensic medicine in China has been perfected and developed for many years, some problems still exist in some systems, such as the lack of institutional arrangement and the chaotic use of expert witnessing mechanism. In order to constantly enhance the effectiveness of forensic work, we should follow the principle of standardizing procedures and impartiality and eliminating the interests of all departments so that we can effectively control crime. In the reform of the autopsy system of forensic medicine, we can learn from the relatively mature experience of Western countries as a reference for reform, optimize the autopsy system in China and strengthen the protection of rights in practice. This article takes the importance of the forensic autopsy system reform as a starting point and puts forward some suggestions for reform in combination with the experience of the autopsy system in the hope of providing some references for the relevant departments.
