乙醇对雄性生殖内分泌系统的损害及其机制

目的 研究乙醇对雄性生殖内分泌系统损害机制。方法 测定饮酒和酒精中毒者血T、LH、FSH、E2 、LDH、LDH x、G 6 PD水平和乙醇染毒大鼠血和睾丸匀浆T、LH、FSH、MDA、SOD、GSH Px、CAT、—SH水平。结果  3 0 0 0、 40 0 0mg/kg染毒 70天大鼠血T明显下降 ,LH、E2 、FSH升高 ,血和睾丸匀浆MDA明显升高 ,而SOD、GSH Px、—SH明显下降 ,饮酒和酒精中毒者血T明显下降 ,LH、E2 、FSH升高 ,LDHx、G 6 PD下降。结论 乙醇及其代谢产物对机体产生明显的脂质过氧化作用 ,损伤间质细胞、支持细胞、生精细胞生物膜上的受体、酶 ,从而产生损害作用。 Objective To study the mechanism of ethanol damage to male reproductive and endocrine system. Methods The blood levels of T, LH, FSH, E2, LDH, LDH x, G 6 PD in blood and testis homogenates were measured in drinking and alcoholism rats. T, LH, FSH, MDA, , -SH level. Results The levels of serum T, LH, E2 and FSH in blood and testis homogenates increased significantly and the levels of SOD, GSH Px and -SH decreased significantly at the doses of 300 and 40 mg / kg for 70 days , Alcohol and alcohol poisoning blood T decreased significantly, LH, E2, FSH increased, LDHx, G 6 PD decreased. Conclusion Ethanol and its metabolites have obvious lipid peroxidation on the body and damage the receptors and enzymes on the stromal cells, supporting cells and spermatogenic cells biofilm, which may cause damage.
