目的为绵羊颅骨炮制工艺的优化提供依据。方法用传统方法和改良方法对绵羊颅骨进行炮制,计算得率,并以蒙药专家对炮制品分级性状为指标,对其主要影响因素温度、时间进行量化,通过析因设计实验对主要因素进行考察,最终得出优化工艺。结果通过析因实验分析,最终确定出优化工艺为温度为200~220℃,时间为15~40 min。结论以分级性状为指标进行的析因设计实验规范化了炮制工艺。
Objective To provide basis for optimization of sheep skull processing technology. Methods The sheep skulls were concocted by traditional methods and improved methods. The yield was calculated. The experts used the hierarchical traits of processed products as indexes to quantify the main influencing factors of temperature and time, and the main factors were investigated through factorial design experiments. Finally, the optimization process is obtained. The results were analyzed by factorial experiments, and the final optimization process was determined to be a temperature of 200-220°C and a time of 15-40 minutes. Conclusion The factorial design experiments conducted with the grading trait as an indicator standardize the processing technology.
