随着我国参与经济全球化进程的进一步深入,也要求我国钢铁企业加快国际化进程。参与国际化要求企业首先制定国际化战略,就是打破被国界束缚的思维,把企业放在全球大背景下重新定位,思考如何充分利用全球的商机和资源,加速企业的成长。企业确定国际化战略可以从上游和下游两个角度考量,即:市场全球化和资源全球化。企业既可以选择开拓全球市场,也可以选择在全球范围内整合生产原料资源,亦或者兼而有之,在全球范围内充分利用两种资源,征战全球市场。在现今的全球钢铁业,钢铁企业开展国际化进程可以有4种战略,即:①本土防御战略。企业通过获 With the deepening of China’s participation in the process of economic globalization, China’s iron and steel enterprises are also required to speed up the process of internationalization.
