本文应用冷冻断裂技术观察了SiO_2,对红细胞和肺泡巨噬细胞膜内结构的影响。结果表明SiO_2,粉尘可在短时问内引起细胞膜内颗粒分布的改变,并且这种改变与细胞形态的变化有密切联系;提示,SiO_2引起的膜内结构变化是其致细胞膜损伤的重要形态标志之一。同时进一步观察表明,柠檬酸铝能有效地抑制SiO_2诱发的膜内结构改变。
In this paper, the effects of SiO_2 on the membrane structure of erythrocyte and alveolar macrophages were observed by freeze-fracture technique. The results showed that SiO 2 and dust could cause the change of particle distribution in the cell membrane in a short time, and this change was closely related to the change of cell morphology. It was suggested that the intramolecular structural changes induced by SiO_2 were important morphological markers of cell membrane damage one. At the same time, further observations showed that aluminum citrate can effectively inhibit the structural changes induced by SiO_2.
