近年来我国房地产行业虽然不断向前,但随着国家宏观调控政策的实施和市场竞争的不断加剧,房地产业的投资风险性也在不断地提升,作为银行收益的主要来源之一,银行房地产开发贷款的风险管理应更加全面、系统势在必行。本文以XX银行XX分行房地产开发贷款作为研究对象,参照国内先进实践经验对其现状和存在主要问题做出了简单的评析,并根据存在问题提出相应的解决措施。
