自1992～1997年应用全反式维甲酸并中医凉血解毒扶正法治疗急性早幼粒细胞性白血病68例,完全缓解者64例(94.1％),达到完全缓解的时间为35～49天,且无明显毒副作用及并发症。本组患者完全缓解时间较单纯依靠全反式维甲酸治疗有明显缩短,完全缓解率明显提高,且可以降低单纯应用全反式维甲酸升白细胞的副作用。
Since 1992-1997, all-trans retinoic acid has been used to treat 68 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia in 64 cases (94.1%) of acute promyelocytic leukemia, and the time to complete remission was 35 to 49 days. No obvious side effects and complications. The complete remission time of this group of patients was significantly shorter than that of all-trans retinoic acid treatment alone, and the complete remission rate was significantly improved, and the side effects of purely all-trans-retinoic acid-boosting leukocytes could be reduced.
