建筑质量与工程造价之间存在约束关系,研究建筑质量与工程造价的最佳配比约束目标函数,实现以最低造价实现最优建筑质量效益。提出一种基于建筑刚度特征能量限制和造价控制迭代优化的建筑质量与造价约束的关系建模方法。研究建筑结构为钢筋混泥土框架结构建筑,分析建筑结构有限元模型,得到建筑体的抗冲击强度与应力拟合模型,进行建筑的梁-柱结构的抗冲击性能测量,以此为基础进行建筑质量与造价限制参数数值模拟,得到了建筑质量优化目标函数。仿真结果表明,采用该建模方法能有效实现对建筑质量与造价约束的最佳配比,提高工程质量,减少了工程开支。
The relationship between construction quality and project cost is constrained, and the objective function of optimal ratio of construction quality and project cost is studied to realize the optimal construction quality and efficiency with the lowest cost. A modeling method based on iterative optimization of building stiffness and energy cost constraint and cost constraint was proposed. The study of building structure is reinforced concrete frame structure building, the finite element model of building structure is analyzed, the impact strength and stress fitting model of building body is obtained, and the impact resistance of beam-column structure of building is measured. Based on this, Quality and cost constraints of the numerical simulation parameters, the building quality optimization objective function. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively achieve the optimal ratio between the construction quality and the cost constraint, improve the quality of the project and reduce the project expenditure.
