Objective: To study the effect of dyslipidemia on coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods: According to the 120 cases of CHD with hypertension received in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2014, we analyzed them as coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension group and selected 120 cases of simple coronary heart disease as the coronary heart disease group , 120 healthy subjects as a healthy group, to explore the situation of dyslipidemia. Results: The values of apoA and apoA / apoB in patients with coronary heart disease were lower than those in healthy people and the values of apoB were higher than those in healthy people. Coronary heart disease with hypertension group apoA and apoA / apoB values lower than the healthy group, apoB value higher than the healthy group. Conclusion: Patients with coronary heart disease, the apoA will decline, apoB will rise, with the progression of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension, the decline and increase of the two data will increase.
