没有评价的教学不是完整的教学。只有教师评价学生的教学也不是完整的教学。在平时的教学中,学生十分重视老师的评价,学生看老师的脸色行事。老师的评价会直接或间接地影响着学生的思维方式和行为趋向。时间久了,会埋没了学生的许多个性和创造性。因此,老师应转换角度思考评价方式,把培养学生如何主动评价自己的学习效果和学习能力,作为教学中不可缺少的一个重要环节进行探究,优化课堂教学的途径,重视学生评价思维的培养。笔者认为,良好自我评价思维能力的培养要从以下几个方面入手。
Teaching without evaluation is not a complete teaching. Only teachers evaluating student teaching are not complete teaching. In the usual teaching, students attach great importance to the teacher’s evaluation, and the students look at the teacher’s face and act. The teacher’s evaluation will directly or indirectly affect the students’ thinking and behavior. Over time, many of the students’ personalities and creativity will be buried. Therefore, teachers should change the perspective of thinking about evaluation methods, and how to cultivate students how to actively evaluate their own learning effects and learning ability as an indispensable part of teaching to explore, optimize the way of classroom teaching, and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ evaluation thinking. The author believes that the cultivation of good self-evaluation thinking ability should start from the following aspects.
