一、加强大学生党建工作的紧迫性 在新的形势下,高校学生党建工作存在许多亟待解决的问题,首先,由于近几年高等学校的持续扩招,使得高等教育逐渐由“供方”市场向“需方”市场过渡,高校学生作为特定意义上的“教育消费者”,其主体地位将日益凸现,为此,原有的大学生党建工作的内容和方法有些已不适应新形势的要求,必须实现由“学生适应”向“适应学生”转变。其次,学分制的实施,将淡化班集体,有的甚至取消班集体,大学生思想政治工作再不能以班级为组织形式展开,生活社区将成为学生的集中场所,成为学校教育、管理、服务育人的主要阵地。同时,学分制赋予了学生较多的自主权和自由度,在强调竞争、讲究效益、注重个性发展之际,导致某些学生集体主义观念淡化和利己主义、个人主义思想抬头。此外,学分制偏重于学科成绩的考核,也容易使学生重学分而忽视思想道德素质的提高。第三,信息时代的到来,尤其是电脑网络的逐渐普及,使思想文化领域出现了全球范围的无障碍空间,党建工作者对学生所接受信息的修正、过渡将力不从心,他们在学生信息接受中的权威地位将被打破。在这种情况下,大学生党员教育和思想政治教育的任务变得异常艰巨,传统的党员教育内容和方式面临着新的考验。
