文章利用2013年流动人口动态监测数据,基于世代比较研究的视角,分析了新生代与老生代农民工就业稳定性的特征、差异及影响因素。研究发现,从群体内部来看,不管是新生代还是老生代农民工,就业稳定的比例达到2/3,表明与同代群体相比,大部分农民工就业都比较稳定,但将两代群体进行比较时发现,新生代农民工的就业稳定性略差于老一代。年龄、教育、婚姻、流动范围、就业身份、子女数等因素造成两代农民工就业稳定状况的差异。
Using the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in 2013 and based on the comparative study of generations, the article analyzes the characteristics, differences and influencing factors of employment stability of the new generation and the old generation of migrant workers. The study found that, from within the group, whether it is the new generation or the generation of migrant workers, employment stability reached 2/3, indicating that compared with contemporary groups, most migrant workers employment is relatively stable, but the two generations of groups The comparison shows that the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers is slightly worse than that of the older generation. Factors such as age, education, marriage, scope of migration, employment status, number of children and so on caused the employment stability of migrant workers in two generations.
