绩效考核是现代公司管理的主要机制,是公司高效运行的基础。财务部门作为证券公司的重要部门,对财务人员的考核尤为重要。本文通过对证券公司的例证分析,探索财务人员绩效考核方法,发现考核缺漏,运用绩效考核实现公司的高效管理,简化流程,修补漏洞。通过绩效考核最大程度地激发财务人员的工作激情,实现科学高效管理,积极创新绩效管理方式,实现原基础上的新突破,顺应时代的要求,实现企业价值最大化。
Performance appraisal is the main mechanism of modern company management, is the basis for efficient operation of the company. As an important department of a securities company, the financial department is particularly important for the assessment of financial officers. Through the analysis of securities companies, this paper explores the performance appraisal methods of financial personnel, finds the lack of appraisal, uses the performance appraisal to realize the efficient management of the company, simplifies the process and repairs the loopholes. Through the performance appraisal, we can maximize the enthusiasm of financial staff, realize scientific and efficient management, actively innovate the performance management methods, realize new breakthroughs on the basis of the original ones, and conform to the requirements of the times to maximize the corporate value.
