First, to talk about politics is the need of the democratic parties. There are no political parties that do not talk about politics. Marx and Engels proudly declared in the Communist Manifesto: “Communists bother concealing their own opinions and intentions.” The Communists are flirting with each other and speaking of politics as the fine tradition that runs through them. When Comrade Deng Xiaoping inspected Tianjin in 1986, he emphasized: “Reform, modern science and technology, together with our politics, are the most powerful and when it comes to politics.” In March 1996, Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: “The Central Government recently emphasized To speak about politics means to follow through with Deng Xiaoping’s thinking. ”
