为探讨人工晶状体植入术后角膜内皮损伤修复过程并分析其意义,对36例术前至术后2年进行了角膜内皮显微镜观察和计算机分析。术后第1月细胞面积、周长、长径、变异系数显著增大,形状系数减小;术后3-6月形状系数和变异系数恢复正常,密度趋于稳定。作者们认为,无手术并发症时术前结构正常的角膜内皮术后修复较快,为避免功能失代偿的发生,围手术期密切关注角膜内皮,特别是形态定量分析极为重要。
To investigate the corneal endothelium injury repair process after intraocular lens implantation and analyze its significance, corneal endothelial microscopy and computer analysis were performed on 36 cases from preoperative to 2 years after operation. After 1 month, the cell area, perimeter, long diameter, coefficient of variation increased significantly and the shape coefficient decreased. The shape coefficient and coefficient of variation returned to normal from March to June, and the density tended to be stable. The authors argue that corneal endothelium repaired preoperatively with no preoperative complications is more likely to be repaired corneal endothelium without surgery complications. In order to avoid the occurrence of decompensation, it is very important to pay close attention to the corneal endothelium perioperatively, especially the morphometric analysis.
