目的通过对泰州市2 103名乡村医生调查,了解目前基层医疗机构从事预防保健工作的乡村医生现状,为卫生行政部门制订相关政策提供参考。方法采用问卷方法调查抽样地区的657个行政村的预防保健科的乡村医生,通过比较了解基层医疗机构从事预防保健工作的乡村医生的性别、年龄和从业年限、学历、执业资格等。结果调查发现预防保健类乡村医生59.63%为男性,55岁以上的乡村医生所占比例达42.31%。学历主要是初中学历(40.61%)及高中(中专)学历(52.69%),月收入平均2 000元左右。社区卫生服务站(村卫生室)的经营主体以公营为主,占67.24%,但仅有23.87%的乡村医生拥有执业(助理)医师资格证。结论建议政府采取有效措施,提高预防保健工作人员配备,引进高层次人才,强化对乡村医生队伍的管理,提高乡村医生的整体素质,切实解决泰州市基层医疗机构预防保健科乡村医生普遍存在的年龄结构老化、文化层次较低、工资待遇和社会保障较差的问题,消除他们的后顾之忧,更好地发挥预防保健作用。
Objective To investigate the current situation of 2 103 rural doctors in Taizhou City to understand the current situation of rural doctors engaged in preventive health care in primary medical institutions and to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies by the health administrative departments. Methods A questionnaire was used to survey rural doctors in the prevention and health department of 657 administrative villages in the sampled areas. The gender, age, years of practice, qualifications and qualifications of rural doctors engaged in preventive health care work in grass-roots medical institutions were compared. Results The survey found that 59.63% of rural doctors in preventive health care were men, and the proportion of rural doctors over 55 was 42.31%. Education mainly junior secondary education (40.61%) and high school (secondary) education (52.69%), an average monthly income of about 2,000 yuan. Community-based health service stations (village clinics) dominated the public sector, accounting for 67.24%, but only 23.87% of rural doctors have practicing (assistant) physician certification. Conclusion It is suggested that the government should take effective measures to improve the staffing of preventive health care workers, introduce high-level talents, strengthen the management of rural doctors team, improve the overall quality of rural doctors and effectively solve the prevalence of rural doctors in preventive health care departments of primary medical institutions in Taizhou Structural aging, low cultural level, poor wages and social security issues, to eliminate their worries and to better play a preventive role in health care.
