混凝土框架柱、剪力墙成型浇筑时,如振捣不充分,局部可能出现较严重疏松缺损,导致这些承重构件的性能不满足设计要求。针对此常见情况,参考现有相关试验研究结果,结合某项目结构修补方案设计,论述了应用高强低收缩灌浆料置换混凝土柱、墙局部缺损的具体方法,说明了配合检测鉴定要求与修补施工细则,并基于构件截面平衡条件给出了相应的最小剔凿置换深度计算实例。所述项目修补设计方案,经论证实施后已经取得预期的良好效果,可供同类修复工程参考。
