采用动态硫化法制备了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)/高乙烯基聚丁二烯(HVPBR)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究了橡塑比和热处理温度对压缩永久变形可逆回复的影响,探讨了可逆回复机制并构建了数学模型。结果表明,提高橡塑比和热处理温度,压缩永久变形的可逆回复程度和回复速度明显提高;热处理温度接近基体Tg时,体系的压缩永久变形几乎完全可逆;基于可逆回复过程,探讨压缩永久变形的可逆回复机制,并构建了其数学模型,进而探讨了橡塑比和热处理温度对可逆回复各阶段松弛时间的影响。
High impact polystyrene (HIPS) / high vinyl polybutadiene (TPV) thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) were prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The effects of rubber ratio and heat treatment temperature on the reversible recovery of compression set were studied. The mechanism of reversible recovery was discussed and a mathematical model was constructed. The results show that the reversible recovery rate and the recovery rate of compression set increase obviously when the rubber-plastic ratio and heat treatment temperature are increased. The compression set of the system is almost completely reversible when the heat treatment temperature is close to the matrix Tg. Based on the reversible recovery process, Reversible recovery mechanism, and constructed its mathematical model, and then explored the impact of rubber ratio and heat treatment temperature on the relaxation time of various stages of reversible recovery.
