改革开放使东莞成为经济发展的排头兵,但30多年来东莞在发展过程中也伴随着一系列的问题,其中技能型人才问题就是当前东莞转型升级、高水平崛起的一个“瓶颈”。结构失衡、分布不均、学历不高是东莞技能型人才面临的主要问题。解决这些问题需要政府、企业、学校共同努力,不断加大技能型人才培训力度;增强引进技能型人才竞争力;营造技能型人才成长干事的良好氛围;构建新型产业人才支撑体系。
Reform and opening up have made Dongguan a vanguard of economic development. However, Dongguan has also been accompanied by a series of problems in its development over the past 30 or so years. The issue of skilled personnel is now a bottleneck in the transformation and upgrading of Dongguan and its rise at a high level. Structural imbalance, uneven distribution, low qualifications is the main problem facing skilled workers in Dongguan. To solve these problems, governments, enterprises and schools need to work together to continuously increase the training of skilled personnel; enhance the competitiveness of the imported skilled personnel; create a good atmosphere for the growth of skilled personnel; and build a new system of supporting industrial talents.
