目的:探讨返魂草提取物对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜炎症反应的调节作用。方法:采用冰醋酸注射法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,随机分为模型组、雷尼替丁组(西药组)、返魂草低剂量组(低剂量组)、返魂草中剂量组(中剂量组)和返魂草高剂量组(高剂量组),设立正常对照组(空白组)。在光镜下观察大鼠溃疡炎症细胞密度,应用EL-LISA法检测血清及胃黏膜EGF及TNF-α含量。结果返魂草提取物各剂量组均能使再生黏膜炎症细胞密度减少,与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),返魂草中剂量组及高剂量组疗效优于西药组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。模型组胃黏膜TNF-α水平较空白对照组明显增加(P<0.01),血清TNF-α水平也有一定程度的上升(P<0.05),返魂草提取物治疗组胃黏膜TNF-α水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。治疗组血清及胃黏膜EGF含量较模型组及空白组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:返魂草提取物能减轻炎症细胞的浸润,抑制炎性细胞因子的释放,从而促进胃溃疡的愈合,提高胃溃疡愈合质量。
Objective: To investigate the regulation effect of Senecio officinalis extract on gastric mucosal inflammation in gastric ulcer rats. METHODS: Rat gastric ulcer models were prepared by glacial acetic acid injection and randomly divided into model group, ranitidine group (western medicine group), low-dose group of low-dose Scutellaria officinalis (low dose group), and middle concentration group of Senecio gondii (middle dose group). In the dose group) and Resurrection high dose group (high dose group), a normal control group (blank group) was established. The density of inflammatory cells in rats was observed under light microscope. The levels of EGF and TNF-α in serum and gastric mucosa were detected by EL-LISA method. Results The concentration of attenuated mucosal inflammatory cells was decreased in each dose group of Shennuo extract. Compared with the model group, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). The efficacy of the middle dose group and high dose group was better than that of the western medicine group. P<0.05 or P<0.01). The level of TNF-α in the gastric mucosa of the model group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group (P<0.01), and the level of serum TNF-α was also increased to a certain extent (P<0.05). The level of TNF-α in the gastric mucosa of the treatment group was obvious. Lower than the model group (P <0.01). EGF levels in serum and gastric mucosa of the treatment group were higher than those in the model group and blank group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The extract of Senecio officinalis can reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells and inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines, thus promoting the healing of gastric ulcer and improving the healing quality of gastric ulcer.
