扫描电镜具有分辨率高、放大倍率广、景深大、立体感强、制样简单,可以对试样进行多角度观察和分析等优点,从而被广泛应用于不同领域研究。本文采用文献搜集的方法,从扫描电镜(SEM)和环境扫描电镜(ESEM)的原理、制样及分析技术等方面入手,阐述了其在土壤物理、化学性质研究以及污损土地修复治理等方面的具体应用,并对其在土地工程领域中的应用前景进行了总结和展望。
SEM has the advantages of high resolution, wide magnification, large depth of field, strong three-dimensional sense, simple sample preparation, multi-angle observation and analysis of the sample, which are widely used in different fields. Based on the methods of literature collection, the principles of SEM and ESEM, the methods of sample preparation and analysis, this paper describes the research on soil physical and chemical properties as well as the decontamination and remediation of soils The application and prospect of its application in the field of land engineering are summarized and prospected.
