选取我院2011年4月~2014年12月收治的180例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按疾病分为脑梗死组和脑出血组各90例,另选取90例非脑卒中住院患者作为对照组,比较各组Hcy、TG、TC、GLU、LDL-C、HDL和FIB水平,并对神经功能缺损情况评分,就分析Hcy水平和神经功能缺损的关系。结果脑梗死组患者Hcy、TC、FIB水平均高于对照组,脑出血组患者Hcy水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死和脑出血神经功能缺损程度不同的患者Hcy水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析发现神经功能缺损评分与血清Hcy为正相关关系。脑卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平较高,且与神经缺损程度相关,对病情评估有一定意义。
A total of 180 stroke patients admitted from April 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. According to the disease, 90 patients were divided into cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group, and 90 non-stroke hospitalized patients were selected as control group The levels of Hcy, TG, TC, GLU, LDL-C, HDL and FIB in each group were compared, and the neurological impairment was scored to analyze the relationship between Hcy level and neurological deficit. Results The levels of Hcy, TC and FIB in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in control group. The level of Hcy in cerebral hemorrhage group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There were significant differences in Hcy between patients with different degree of neurological deficits in cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage (P <0.05). Correlation analysis found that neurological deficit score was positively correlated with serum Hcy. Stroke patients with high serum homocysteine levels, and related to the degree of nerve defects, the disease evaluation of some significance.
