结合焊管焊缝自动超声波探伤及设备特点,在现场调查与试验的基础上,分析了焊缝中心偏差对探伤灵敏度的影响,提出了相应的控制措施,并取得了良好效果。 Combined with the automatic ultrasonic flaw detection of the welded pipe and the characteristics of the equipment, the influence of the center deviation of the weld on the flaw detection sensitivity was analyzed based on the field investigation and test. Corresponding control measures were put forward and good results were obtained.
