目的 用核基质蛋白的差异鉴别淋巴瘤细胞白血病与急性淋巴细胞白血病。方法 应用高盐法抽提法抽提出白血病细胞核基质蛋白,SDS-PAGE分析两种类型白血病细胞核基质蛋白的变化。结果 淋巴瘤细胞白血病与急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞的核基质蛋白在分子量为18、20、22、22.5、23.5Kd的区带上有显著差异,急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞核基质蛋白在这些分子量的区带是缺如的。结论 可以从核基质蛋白的差异鉴别淋巴瘤细胞白血病与急性淋巴细胞白血病。
Objective To identify lymphoma cell leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia by using nuclear matrix proteins. Methods The nuclear matrix protein of leukemia cells was extracted by high salt extraction method. The changes of nuclear matrix proteins in leukemic cells were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Results There were significant differences in the nuclear matrix proteins of lymphoma leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells at molecular weights of 18, 20, 22, 22.5, and 23.5 Kd. The nuclear matrix protein of acute lymphoblastic leukemia at these molecular weight bands was Absent. Conclusions Differences in nuclear matrix proteins can be used to identify lymphoma cell leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
